I've been working at Simplecast for a year and four months.

I want users to know we really care about their experience – from support interactions to ease of use in the product. I know that sounds hokey, but the team who supports Simplecast is made of all real (great) people and that’s what we’re thinking about every day.
Trends in podcasting come and go (and come back again). Pick a direction and a subject that is meaningful to you, or pick a population that is underserved and find out what they want to hear about. Try and stay off the bandwagon.
Not traditionally inspirational, but this one. There is no hotter topic in my world right now than how we measure podcast success and the answer is murky, to say the least. I probably refer to this article, or articles like it, once a week.
I knew people who worked for Simplecast and I wanted to work with them. I was just a casual podcast consumer until then. Shameful, but true!!!
